Welcome!

At and around Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, there are plenty of great places to go to if you want to watch take-offs and landings. You will get as close as 50-100 meters from the flying beauties. In the guide-section of this site, we'll provide all essential info needed if you want to go planespotting at Gardermoen.

Why planespotting?

Flying itself is incredible fascinating. Though we through the years have understood the theory and physics of flying, the thought that something as big and heavy as a plane can lift from the ground is a little weird, we think. To go planespotting at Gardermoen, maybe with binoculars and a camera in hand, is for us an exciting thing to do that we'd love to share with others. Therefore, we've put together this guide.
